My real estate journey began supporting REO (bank-owned) property listings, giving me a strong foundation in investment strategies. This background, combined with my market knowledge, makes me a versatile and reliable agent, ready to handle every aspect of your real estate needs.

Born and raised in Bridgeton, NJ, I grew up with my three siblings in a comfortable rancher on Atlantic Street. Now a proud resident of Pittsgrove, NJ, with family ties in Vineland, Pennsville, and Millville, I have deep roots in the community and extensive knowledge of the Cumberland, Salem, and Gloucester County markets. I also serve clients throughout Camden, Atlantic and Cape May Counties.

Beyond real estate, I’m an involved parent in the community.  I’m a registered Scout Leader with Scouts America (formerly Boy Scouts of America) with Millville Troop 137.  I am a former coach with Pittsgrove Soccer Club for 5 years.  Most recently, I have actively supported Schalick HS athletic booster clubs.

I’m also the proud owner of Fantini Realty Holdings, LLC, an independent real estate investment and development company focused on revitalizing distressed properties and promoting ethical tenancy to build stronger communities.
